Our unique Red-Liner model gives an eye-opening new view on how teams and individuals interact. In many training systems, personality types play a huge role, but they don’t explain all the difficulties in human behavior. We look at dynamics between people and how they can be altered towards a more respectful communication and behavior. The model gives you the understanding what you can do to decrease friction within interactions and thereby have a positive impact on your and your team’s productivity.
