Building Confidence
Many of the people who are seen in the media as self-confident are self-promoters. However, most people don’t want to be like that. At RTTA, we believe that good self-confidence isn’t about thinking you are better than other people. Good self-confidence is about realising (and feeling) that you are capable and can achieve things.

Confidence is not a decision
Many people with low self confidence know that maybe they should feel more confident but they don’t know how to change their confidence. The RTTA approach teaches people how self-confidence is controlled and this allows people to actually change their confidence. This change is controllable and it is a real change that lasts.

Good self-confidence turns thoughts into actions. Good self-confidence isn’t just something that is nice to have. It is a key factor in success. You need good self-confidence to set and achieve realistic but challenging goals.

RTTA developed this approach because the other approaches we have seen were unsatisfactory.

It is not a  “Fake it ‘til you make it”-approach!
Most people don’t know how to change their feeling of confidence. This means telling people to be more confident doesn’t work at all and “Fake it ‘til you make it” just results in people “faking it” indefinitely.

Caring about goals means that there will always be some fear of failure. However, if that fear is amplified by lack of appropriate confidence then you are probably feeling at least some unnecessary fear. The “Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway” approach means that you are unnecessarily stressed.

If you would like to experience a real change and throw out old beliefs of not being capable, then RTTA can help you steadily change your self-confidence to achieve a confidence level you like.
